"Official Looking" form letter uses scare tactic to elicit contact. Here's another phone #, 888-421-5994. Suggests my home warranty will run out in a week. Cites (fake) "Customer ID: HS0114-39000 and similarly fake "Property Code HS0114-3900," so same as "Cust. ID." Tiny print at bottom claims "Florida License 0202409," as I noticed on another's report at this site. I have received at least 5 of these through the years; it must still be working for them. Infuriating, horrible. disgraceful. Thanks for having a site to report this stuff; I really hope these people are caught. I received a notice through mail indicating the Home Warranty will be cancelled. I called the number 1-888-508-7913 and was told I was speaking with Andy Perkins. The person demanded a payment of $295.00 to keep the coverage and to prevent the policy from being cancelled. I explained to A. Perkins that I was not aware of this coverage with Home Shield USA. I attached a copy of the letter mailed to the property. Additionally, there is no address on the letter sent to the homeowner. The website that was viewed provided the following information: home-shield-usa.com https://home-shield-usa.com Home Shield USA 8. ??
