I’m responding to a previous post from someone whose complaint is identical to mine. I have been inundated with the same letter referencing my mortgage company. The letter is exactly the same each time except for the expiration date which changes accordingly. It notes my address, stating that I should call immediately “as this will be our final attempt to notify you about activating your home warranty.” (Don’t I wish). It continues with the potential damages that may be incurred if I fail to act. It’s signed by Andy Perkins Program Director with phone number 888-508-7913. I constantly receive a "Final Notice" wanting me to contact their office at 888-508-7913 to avoid any unnecessary delays in my coverage. However, I do not have any coverage with this company and they won't stop sending these bogus "Final Notice" letters. They hide their name in super tiny print at the bottom of the page listing a Florida License G202409 and do not include their address. This repeated notification is bothersome, and appears to be attempting to worry or scare a customer into calling them so they can attempt to intimidate them into a phony Home Warranty Purchase. Andy Perkins is listed as the Program Director who is repeatedly sending these tiresome letters! In my opinion one should NEVER CALL this company. I am regularly sent a "final" notice that apolicy on maintanance & repairs will expire on my mortgaged(I don't have a mortgage??) home will expire.
