On 12/12/2025 bought on Stub Hub a ticket for Lightning Bolts NHL game for December 15, 2025. I was unable to download the ticket on 12/14/2025 and I called a number that I thought was Stub Hub. 888-472-1442. I was told my ticket had been returned & I needed to buy another ticket for $110 and that I would receive refund to Paypal. I got the ticket but in order to get refund my account would not allow refund unless account debt was $500. I was instructed to go to CVS and get Target gift cards for $390 and $110 for the sum of $500. I spoke with Sam and Daniel the billing manager who stated my refund would appear in 24 hours on Paypal. Has never appeared. I keep calling the number and leave messages, and no return calls. Yesterday I was put on hold and nobody came to the phone.
