This was an online order through Facebook. The company, CurveDream is asking customers to return orders to the Elizabeth NJ address and their telephone # is 917-224-5107. I ordered some tops in November and hated the quality - it was so poor and didn't look like the photos on the web. I requested a return on November 22nd and after a few emails I finally received the address to return it to. I sent it back via Fedex and it was received back at the warehouse. The CurveDream policy says if you return items you will be refunded within 15 days. I emailed back and forth and was given excuses each time, busy season please be patient, we have asked our returns department to refund you and asked them to be fast...I have received nothing in my account and have had no money returned to date. This is the bull they emailed me in the beginning: Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us about your return request. I'd be happy to help. Please find the return instructions below: 1. We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items with the original conditions, including the clear plastic package. 2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Please DO NOT return to the address on the package received, that's not our return address. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds. 3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will be happy to refund the price of the item (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it). To ensure a successful return, please use a standard shipping service that provides tracking. Before returning, we provide two options for your reference to save you the time and trouble of returning. Option 1: As an alternative solution, would you be satisfied with a 30% refund of its/their product price as compensation for keeping the item/s?
