I did not realize that Norris Airlines does not have a contact phone number. When I googled being unable to put my passport information into their website, an emblem with Nurse and phone number showed up on the Google search to call this number. The man said that my flight had not been paid for in completion and that was why I was unable to put in my information. This seemed legitimate because the website that was legitimate kept saying to check out, but I had nothing to check out. There is a glitch on the official Nurse website being able to put your passport information so that makes this scam very easy to fall for.
