this person I found online- they said it was United Locksmith. They called and set up the appointment. It was scheduled for a day in the future. I gave them my address but they wrote it down wrong thankfully. They had multiple technicians call which was sketchy. I called back their main line and they seemed frazzled and caught off guard. they did not have a normal call up and the customer service person was lying constantly. They didn't care tha--t i was not trying to have rando people coming to my home and they said if the person was not who they said they were they would not be let in. Also they not tell me the csr name or the technician name. the man i spoke with said so what if its a person that is not the technician. It was a crazy interaction and obvious that they were suspicious, caught in lies. they cancelled the appointment I blocked them all but their numbers were the following - 1888-505-5561 the first technician - 901-295-0406 second technician - 901-734-9761 the terrible customer service person refused to transfer me or give me their name and hung up multiple times. We exchanged no money, they are not coming and i reported them.
