Received a legal document via email by Dropbox docusign from a Alex Brown who stated was a representative for Lending Club Inc in this file of pages requesting banking information along with personal information in order to release a $8,000 loan that I was approved for yet was sent $395 titled credit no other information in details from deposit and than was asked to transfer my entire funds in my account including the recent deposit that was sent but into a chime account or a cash app I refused saying where in the loan agreement says anything about that for it should be documented. Than the individual claiming to be Alex Brown seemed upset and said to just return his deposit which I did I proceeded by reaching out to the corporate office online they apologized and said it must be a scam so I locked all my accounts involved, later another person same number 909-265-3252 said his name was John Smith the funding department was really mad demanding I unlock cards or give banking information it is now a blocked number. @med [BBB Scam Type: Advance Fee Loan] [Business: Lending Club Inc IMPOSTER Date Repo] [Location: TX, USA- 75115]
