My bank charge is from KIMWEAR CAPIVITY 938-8888145 CO. I tried emailing [email protected] in my order confirmation and got an auto reply "Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the domain amelrie.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again." Also, the website no longer exists. I ordered a set of rings in the amount of $15.83 from what was claimed to be part of a sale because the Sundace store was closing from a site on my iPhone. I then received a message from what appeared to be a DHL site saying the package had been delivered - which was not the case. I contacted the "company" who stated they would resend it. When I contactact them again they said it was out for delivery, when I contacted them again they say they are working hard and are good intentioned. I seen the ad on tik tok for 8 sets in different colors. I never received a tracking number, only an order confirmation. Each time I tried to look up the information on my email nothing would ever pop up. There is no email or phone number for them, so I looked them up and seen the contact phone number 938-888-8145 but to no expectation that isn’t even the real number. Tik tok has stated that the company is a third party platform so they are not responsible for companies outside of them. Tik tok should be held liable!!! Advertisement for backpack purses and other regular purses found on Tiktok by company called Fashaur. Items purchased with bank debit card for total of $47.99. Statement from my bank shows company name as WAERCAPIVITY 938-8888145 CO. Eventually a tracking link is sent to me via email. They used a well known fake tracking website called 'Track 718'. The items never arrived, despite the fake tracking website stating it was delivered. The original merchants website is no longer available. When I reached out to the tracking website they provided me with a fake couriers website with no contact form or email and only a phone number for contact. It was on tiktok it was a huge sale on jeans, pj's and accessories stati g fashion nove website. As soon as I paid I checked my bank account and it didn't say fashion Nova it said Waercapivity with a # 938 888 8145 when I called its busy and hangs up immediately. Now my bank is giving me issues ti get my funds back. I need to resubmit all my information to see if the will consider giving my funds back though on google clearly states this is a scam company.
