The company provided alleged shipping and customs clearance documents and requested payment of customs, inspection, and logistics fees for a shipment supposedly sent to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in my name. After directly verifying this matter with Saudi Customs authorities, I was informed that no shipment exists under my name, and that the documents provided by this company appear to be unofficial, misleading, and potentially forged. The company claims to have a business address in Wyoming, United States, yet contacted me using phone numbers from multiple countries, including a Chinese phone number (+86 19806776651) and a U.S. phone number (+1 505-663-6600). I was unable to find any verified business registration, customs brokerage license, or official authorization supporting the legitimacy of this company or its claimed operations. Based on these facts, I strongly believe that this entity is misleading consumers and attempting to obtain money through deceptive and fraudulent practices. I am submitting this complaint to warn other consumers and to request an investigation into the legitimacy and activities of this company.
