Medical and prescription scams lead all categories with 100 complaints, and a single number, 479-440-3712, accounts for 41 of those on its own — making it the most concentrated source of harm in the code by a wide margin. Debt-reduction calls targeting credit cards, mortgages, and student loans follow closely at 92 complaints, with 479-346-5233 drawing 21 of them and 479-650-6114 adding another 11. Together, these two categories account for nearly 300 complaints and suggest organized, high-repetition campaign behavior rather than scattered opportunistic dialing.
