The website states the priduct is handmade. My wife ordered a product but a completely different product got delivered. The product is not hand made. The website states she is in Toronto. Her products ship direct to you from China. The facebook page states admins are located in Mexico and Netherlands. My wife contacted her for a refund due to the product being not what she ordered. Lady refused to process a refund for us. She claimes that she js closing down. Her facebook page also has 26k followers. Do not be fooled by this as they are all fake and paid for. A page with this many subscribers will have have engegement then what she has. The website is advertised as a small mother-daughter business based in USA selling jewelry. Since they were closing the business, they announced big discounts. The pictures of items were beautiful and quality items. I placed my order for four items in total amount $75.88. Discover delivery was coming in internationally. This was the first red flag. When I received the products it was of poor quality and not what was represent at the online 'store'. I contacted to return the items. While they have replied in a timely manner; they had originally offered a free replacement item. I replied asking for a full refund for misrepresentation and they replied with a 20% offer of refund only with lots of 'reasons why' they would not make a full refund, etc. I finally researched online and realized that the website is a classic scam with a checklist of scam behavior. Clearly All images are stolen from elsewhere or were AI generated; it was NOT an American small family business. Name of the business: Honderd Ruggen LLC (This name is used for other websites selling jewelry online in different countries. All websites, under different names, i.e. Susan Jewelry https://susanjewellery.com/ in Santa Fe, US. Adeline Jewelry https://adelinejewellery.com/ in Toronto, Canada, etc, use the same fake story about small mother-daughter business. The order arrived after three weeks, it arrived in a small envelope, without any invoice or paper identification inside. The items inside an envelope were in small plastic bags and labeled gift box and gift bags. The items were terrible quality, cheap mimics of the pictures on the website. 100% not handmade, not stamped and just factory-pressed questionable metal.
