Company used a video to market the product through Clickbank.com. The video was a fraudulent presentation of Dr. Oz presenting the basis for the product’s ingredients and results. I didn’t know it was a fake until I received the product which did not contain the ingredients shown and explained in the video mimicking the effects of the GLP-1 medications aiding in rapid weight loss but an even more permanent result than the pharmaceutical products mentioned. The product, Gelatide, was a completely different product from what was sold to me. The video went on to ask body weight through a web link which recommended taking the product more frequently and I therefore needed more product. That was also a misrepresentation as the product I received has caffeine and other stimulants which raise blood pressure and pulse rate. The product was advertised to have the same effect as “the pink gelatin trick” which the real Dr. Oz covered in one of his shows, that helps curb appetite and with amino acids, turmeric, ginger and green tea burns fat resulting in very rapid weight loss. The video included fake testimonials by Kelly Clarkson and other celebrities. They have a 60 days money back guarantee but would not give me a refund after numerous emails to [email protected] and Clickbank. I have found the same video marketing a different product tacked on to the end. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: GEX Corp Gelatide] [Location: NC, USA - 28805]
