I searched for chatgpt and did not realize the site was a sponsored link on google. It perfectly mimics chatgpt. After purchasing the subscription i realized it was not chatgpt so i checked the refund policy. It states to contact them at [email protected] to request a refund within 3 days of purchasr and kess than 20 messages sent. I messaged them the same day of the purchase to which i didnt hear back for days. Eventually i tried disputing theough paypal but paypal told me to request the refund directly from the seller to which i had already tried. So then i messaged the company they use to complete the transaction paddle.net to which they are refusing to refund the money because i disputed with paypal. After requesting the refund the company cancelled my access to the yearly subscription (november 6th) and are still refusing to refund the money. So now im not only out the money but they also took away access from the product as well because i requested the refund.
