I have attempted through multiple emails to receive my money as the quality of the jacket was awful. It is super thin. They will not give me a return address to ship the item back. On their website it states you can return items by going to their email and providing pictures which I have done. They keep offering percentages of my refund instead and I have asked for the address so I can return and receive 100% of my refund. Here is the last email they sent: Dear Jessica, Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. I truly appreciate your patience while we reviewed everything, and I’m very sorry that the item didn’t meet your expectations. You deserve to feel fully supported, and that’s exactly what I want to ensure. We completely understand that the initial 20% refund didn’t fully resolve your concern or feel adequate given the inconvenience you experienced. Because of this, I escalated your request for a secondary review. I’m glad to share that we received approval to offer a one-time exception of a 50% refund, and you may keep the item. We hope this feels like a more meaningful and fair resolution for you. If you would still prefer to return the product instead, that option is always available.
