mytinythinker.com / [email protected] / I received a targeted ad on Instagram from this company presenting workbooks for children learning to write. The workbooks are described as a highly recommended learning tool by teachers and noted glowing reviews for the products. The link led to the company website: mytinythinker.com. The website appeared legitimate and I placed an order. I received an email confirmation promptly after placing the order. I was able to track the order through 17 track shipping which noted the order origin from China. After tracking the order multiple times over the course of weeks I never received the product. I reached out to the company through the email provided and they said that the order should be delivered soon. I ended up corresponding with different representatives through the company over the course of weeks with each saying that the order was in transit and they would update me on the status. Not one update was received. Also, I received an email from the organization over a month after the order was placed stating that their email had changed to [email protected] . After more than 6 weeks of waiting with no product received, I contacted my credit card company and lodged a dispute. They resolved the dispute and refunded the charge. Since this unfortunate ordeal, I have received multiple spam phone calls and believe it is related to this. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;display:-webkit-box;display:-webkit-flex;display:-ms-flexbox;display:fl [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: TinyThinkers] [Location: WA, USA - 98116]
