On January 20, 2026, while I was playing Solitaire on my Cell Phone, an Ad popped up for a unique product ... False Eyelashes that would stay on without having to add any sticky substance(s). Eyelashes were offered at a Discount, Buy ONE PAIR get ONE FREE PAIR. Since the Order was being shipped from Wuhan, China / Hong Kong, I gave the Seller, unumzekka.com, the Benefit of the Doubt that it may take a month or so to receive the Package. After February, 2026, finally, Tracking info coming from 17TRACK stated my Package was in the USA, sitting still, stuck in limbo at the JFK Airport in NYC, due to the fact unumzekka.com did not apply enough Postage to my Order to get it delivered to me. After going back and forth, getting the runaround for over a month or two, I told unumzekka.com they had until the end of March, 2026 to issue a Refund Credit to my Chase Ink Credit Card. So far, no Credit has been received. Unumzekka.com keeps trying to claim the Credit was Refunded on February 9, 2026, which is literally impossible as the Order was sitting still, in limbo, at the JFK Airport in NYC, USA, as the Seller, unumzekka.com, neglected to apply enough Postage to get it delivered to me, even though I had paid the requested Shipping Fee of $5.99 when I originally placed my Order on January 20, 2026. After almost 4 months, I have given up on these Fraudsters and am seeking your help in attempting to receive my Credit of $23.98 back to my original method of Payment, my Chase Ink Credit Card.
