I received a phone call from Adam with the county servers office saying that there was a summons out for to appear in court and he supplied a phone number to an attorney who would have more information. So, I called 855-362-0003, and they said that I was being sued by commerce bank and if I wanted to settle outside of court or if I wanted to go to court. The amount was stated that I was being sued for and the credit card owed amount. I said that I would take it to court. scammer called posing as Commerce Bank. I have recieved calls in the past confirming charges and whether they were fraud or not. This person asked about $370 charge at Target in Atlanta. I state no - he said it looks like account was compromised. He would go in and cancel my debit card and send new ones out. mentioned he was working on claim information for me. then stated in the mean time while we send you new cards lets verify you can still make purchases with the wallet app. I fell for it like a total idiot. he walked me through setting up what I thought was my new account and routing number but it was to his account. Received a text message stating it was my bank asking if I had made a purchase at Best buy and to reply yes or no I replied no and then they called me. I stated I would not give any information over the phone. They cursed me and hung up after I said I would contact my bank directly.
