SAID THAT THIS WAS JEFFERSON COUNTY PROCESS SERVERS AND COULD NOT SERVE THE SUMMONS AT LAST ADDRESS KNOWN. I received a call from someone claiming to be a Wisconsin Processing service, stating that a lawyer's office had made several attempts to serve me with a summons in the last 4 months, and it has been undeliverable. They asked me to contact the lawyer, Janet Wilson at 844-412-2359, and to refer to account 4577606CR. They could not tell me what it was regarding other than to say, it could be someone is suing me, failure to appear for court duty, or a filed complaint. I am not aware of any of the above. I tried calling the 844 number and was immediately put on hold for a lengthy time, so I hung up. This is a very suspicious call as I have no legal issues or bad credit. The scammer left a voicemail said that they’re calling from the attorneys office and said that there’s a summons for me to appear in court and that I should give them a call back at 844-412-2359 and ask for Janet Wilson to get more information regarding my case. I got a phone call from Shirley at Palm Beach county process servers office. Telling me that they tried to serve me with court papers, but they didn’t have the correct address. So I had to call the 844-412-2359 and ask for Janet Wilson she will tell me the legality of my case No 4560324. I tried calling the 844 number and you get an answering service telling you to call back on Pacific time. So there are three hours behind our eastern time.. I thought Palm Beach County was on the eastern side. lol that’s when I realize it was a scam. They had me very worried for a while, but I kept thinking I don’t have any kind of problems with anyone. Why would they be serving me legal papers?
