I was eventually transferred to an "agent" who sounded live, but could have been AI. This individual asked many questions such as if I owed fed/state tax, if I had 401ks or IRAs, if I owned a home... He refused to give his company name and said it was a "group of attorneys and tax professionals". I hung up.
