I received a call from a gentleman from 202-715-0253 claiming that he was from a processing serving company and needed to deliver me some paperwork for a claim that was placed against me. When I told him that I would not be home he instructed me to contact B @ B Litigation Firm 1-877-269-1755 and to give them a ref#DA735218. They claimed that I took out a payday loan and never paid it back that was reported to them as defaulting in 2021. They verified where I use to work then stated that I probably did the loan in 2018. I told them I never did a loan and I needed to speak with someone because I had belief that my identity had been stolen. They started telling me that they were going to place a lien against my properties so I needed to take care of this. They said I did a 500.00 loan, with the interest it is now 1900.00 but they would settle for 700.00 today but if I waited to go to court then I would have to pay the 3500.00 and in the meantime they were placing a judgment against my car and they were able to verify the old finance company before my car was paid off then they had my address and 2 mortgage companies that I had never heard of. I told them that was not my mortgage company then that asked me to give it to them. When I said I needed more info immediately because I was contacting mg attorney they hung up. I kept calling back and getting different people who said I had a file there but when I said I was calling the my attorney and the police they got rude and started screaming telling me to just pay my bills and I wouldn’t have to call the police and then they hung up. I called back again and a lady apologize and told me that they work worldwide and the processor would have never called me and I had to wait for him to show up but Jennifer was working my claim then she put me on hold and never came back.
