Hello, My name is Trevor Regensburg and I live at 5780 SW 46th Terrace, Miami, FL 33155. I received a mail solicitation dated January 10, 2026 regarding my property at 5780 SW 46th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33155 that is intentionally designed to resemble an official lender or government notice. The document is labeled “Official Business,” “Final Notice,” and “Immediate Response Needed,” and directly implies that my mortgage lender requires a home warranty and that my coverage is expiring or may lapse. This is materially false. No lender requires a home warranty, and I have no policy with this sender. Additionally, the letter states "Official Business. Penalty for Private Use $300." I'm not sure if it's legal to include that on an advertisement. The mailing also uses my trust name from public records, suggests compliance risk and financial liability, and fails to clearly and conspicuously disclose that it is an advertisement. This solicitation is misleading and intended to create a false impression of a legally required, lender-mandated insurance obligation. Can you please investigate for deceptive advertising and mortgage-related communication violations? I've attached a copy of the letter.
