On December 7, 2025, I placed an order with this company Resilia for what I was led to believe was a one time purchase in the amount of $29.99, totaling with tax and shipping $34.94. On January 7, 2026, I recieved a notification of an unauthorized subscription charge on my card and was charged $44.94. I attempted at least 4 times by email to cancel this unauthorized subscription to no avail. I attempted to contact them many more times with the phone number provided 203-516-7743, and only got a recording directing me to the email address. I have still not heard from them except for emails saying thank you for contacting us, someone will contact you soon. It has not happened. I have had to try to cancel this through other measures, and hope it has resolved. This is an absolute scam. The product that was delivered was in a smaller package than advertised, and it was definitely not oregano oil as promised (it had a very chemical smell). Please be forewarned about this company. I made one order from this company Resilia Oll of Oregano with Black Seed. One month later I received another order. I did not order continuous orders. I am trying to call them at 2035167743 but no one is answering and there is no way to leave a message. I called my credit card company and informed them of that charge that I did not authorize. I got a number from them as well but no one is answering and the mail box is full. This is a scam and needs to be looked into.
