I stumbled upon a Garage clothing ad on Tiktok that took me to what I believe was their website, Never actually having looked at their clothing I didn’t realize how expensive they actually were compared to this twin scammer website. The website looked identical to a reputable website. And with the huge sale, I wanted to get a good deal. After walking by the garage store in my local mall, I realized I hadn’t received my package and went to track it down via email. I found no confirmation email nor advertisement emails from the actual Garage company itself. I then went into my bank statement to find the charge or see if the charge was returned since it never delivered. I found a charge for $44.99 that looked to be from a clothing website around the time I purchased from this ad. The charge looks like such “ VPICERN JACKET 912-9470372 NY 015333” After searching this in google, I realized this code was linked to a similar scam that’s prominent across ads on Tik tok [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Garage] [Location: UT, USA - 84094]

I was brought to Costumes Fanniey's website through TikTok. I purchased some sweatshirts on 08/31/2025. They charged my account and I never received the product. Through many email correspondences at [email protected] they have promised their follow-thru of the refund but as of 12/22/2025 have failed to fully refund my purchase amount. they offered beautiful hand bags that were embroidered with different designs @ a price of 4.99 each and would be delivered before Christmas... so i ordered 6 bags 15 x 15 inches since they said if I ordered 6 plus it would be free shipping.. as of today December 24 I havent received anything and when I checked on my order, the phone number 912-9470372 is no longer in use and the email [email protected] if invalid as is the name of their company Outfitpicern and it directs me to a **** movie site... Order placed on 12/29/2025. I paid $7.00 + for expedited 3 day shipping. The order confirmation included this statement, ‘ UPS 3 Day Select Shipping’. I have e-mailed Matepre four (4) times. I ask specific questions: (1) where is my pkg, physically? (2) what carrier has possession of the pkg? (3) when can I expect delivery? They have refused to answer these direct questions and provide the same response each time, ‘be patient’. Their response never includes the name of a contact person, just “Customer Service Team.” I check my Visa account daily and there have been no additional charges.
