The main concern is the request for my user ID and password to my federal student aid account. The student loan coach said she needed access to review my account. Also, the coach attempted to change the agreed upon price for services. She requested that I show where the price was listed on the website. She could not verify, so she spoke to a supervisor and called back agreeing to provide services for the $97. However, during the call she did not provide the services agreed upon. She agreed to consolidate my loan, and apply for the pslf loan among other things.I am questioning the legitimacy of the company, services provided, overall set up and how business is being conducted. So, I left a message at the main number listed on the website (267 386-1116), only to recieve emails about services I am not requesting. I let them know I am interested in a callback.
