Purchased online product to help with weight loss. Product not working as designed. Requested Refund through PayPal (purchasing agent), no response from vendor. Filed dispute with Credit Card and after ~ 5 months, CC received only invoice showing purchase by vendor with no option to return or refund. Contact made to direct mfg at Aurora, Colorado via phone (323) 517-2642. Referred to [email protected] which does not respond.
