I googled a phone number for xfinity to ask questions about my monthly bill. The number 888-396-2398 appeared so I called them. An alleged representative spoke with me and insisted that he could offer me a better deal with xfinity that included Direct TV and AT&T internet. I was quoted a cost of $125 for cable & $60 for internet plus the cost of 4 TV box monthly fees for $199 & taxes. I was speaking with Ethan Ali at 1-707-237-5507 ext. 120 and was told to call him directly when the boxes were received. As I questioned the involvement of Direct TV and AT&T, I was returned allegedly to an xfinity representative. After speaking with him I was again directed to another individual, Rizz, 424-277-8510, who was allegedly with Direct TV & AT&T. Again, I was told to call him directly when the cable boxes arrived. Twice they tried to get my SSN which I did not give to them. I was given account numbers for internet 5535 6596 7793 and for cable 2601 1634 5332 308. After thinking about this I came to the realization that this just didn't seem correct so I found an old xfnity bill and questioned their representative about what I encountered while trying to straighted out my bill. I was told that xfinity has no deals with Direct TV and AT&T.
