I received a voicemail from a number I didn't recognize, which my phone marked as a spam risk. The following is a transcription of the voicemail I received: "This is Richard Newman. I'm contacting you from the process division. I received an order for you. It looks like 2 pending matters. Now, unfortunately, because I'm unable to reach you by phone, I'll be actively pursuing you at your place of residence. You have the right to contact the client to resolve your case voluntarily. Understand that when you are located, you forfeit that right. You may contact the office at 502-233-6274. You have officially been notified." Someone called Richard Newman called and left a voicemail saying they were from the “Process Division” and said I had two pending cases. That they would be pursuing me at home or work and I had now been “officially notified.” They left a callback number at 502-233-6274. I have now knowingly got 2 calls like this from the same "person". It's a prerecorded message from a Richard Newman claiming he couldn't get a hold of me by phone (clearly, he did because I answered it) and was saying he was from the “Process Division” and said I had pending cases. That they would be pursuing me at home or work, and I had now been “officially notified.” They left a case number of 767068 and callback number of 502-233-6274. The call back number when Googled says it's from North Central Kentucky. I didn't call it back. I did keep searching online and found the BBB page saying pretty much the same thing. I received a call from this number: 786-504-9257. They left a message: "Yes, this is Richard Newman; I'm contacting you from the process division. I received an order for you.
