Keep getting continuous harassing phone calls from “Capital Loans” underwriting dept about a 60k loan they say I applied for but I never have. The POC at the number (844) 509-3315 was named Jerry. I asked them to stop calling me and all he said was that he would put a note on my account for corresponding department to handle. The calls haven’t stopped. every day for the last month, different number but always the same message: I'm calling about your previous loan request....your file now shows your nearly approved for XX dollars ...please call us back to speak with someone in underwriting....and a different number is left 844-509-3315 855-909-0936 ...there are about 4 or 5 messages with this number as the call back I delete the voicemail message and block the number but this is getting out of control...I am on the do not call list.
