Community Reports

To whom it may concern, I am submitting a complaint regarding repeated unwanted phone calls from a company identifying itself as American Financial Relief. Their primary number is listed as (877) 382-1114. I have asked this company several times to stop calling me and to remove my phone number from their contact list. Instead of honoring my request, they continue calling from different numbers each time. Even when I block the numbers they use, they simply switch to new ones and continue contacting me. Each time I call back to request removal, the representatives become rude, get an attitude, and hang up on me while I am explaining that I do not want further calls. I have asked to speak with a manager, and they refuse to connect me to anyone. I have also used their automated system option to remove my number, yet I am still receiving calls more than 72 hours after selecting that option. These repeated calls are unwanted, disruptive, and appear to be intentionally avoiding my requests to stop contact. I am requesting that the FCC review this matter and take appropriate action regarding their calling practices. Thank you for your attention.
