When we called Jessica said it was a MasterCard debt for non payment of $7,791.55 that they were filing a Summary Judgment that would require my brother to pay within 30 days. They had the correct last 4 numbers of my brothers Social Security number, My brothers son's address that my brother used briefly before going into assisted living, and gave the last 4 numbers of the credit card they claimed was in his name.
