I saw this on FB and went to what I thought was a legit site. I placed the order on Dec 6 and on Dec 8 I received a tracking number. I clicked on the tacking number and it takes me to a site 17track.net. I have tried emailing and I have not received any emails back. I have tried but the phone number goes directly to voicemail not even a company response. When you go to snugglewarm.com and go to "contact information" it shows Trade name: Cloggly, Phone number: 6525665544, email: [email protected] , physical address: United States. However there is also additional information - Contact Us: MG Infotech LLC, Email: [email protected] , Phone number: +1 4244418184, Address 9720 Wilshire Bouldevard, 1, Beverly Hills CA 80212.
