I had reached out to seek a private investigator for my fiancées infidelity. I stumbled upon Bark which was very believable website certified by TrustPilot (or so it says) and recommended by New York Times and Tech Crunch (2 other lies). A phone number reached out to me which has been provided above to provide a service after sending a payment of $700 to the head of the company which they provided me w out the name Lynetta Hoye and the phone number associated with the account as (702) 727-7527. They provided me with an account username and password for a website called AnyControl which is an app used to detect locations and whereabouts but nothing came from the payment. When I asked what the status update was the person on the 332 line who I had been in contact with refused to give payment back and then it went downhill from there. I called both numbers and they have not responded since. The 727 number called me but I did not answer. In addition another phone number reached out to me a day later (530) 262-7666 who I believe was working with the two from “Bark” claiming he was the real investigator and if I give him $100 he could get my money back.
