I received a text message from 712-435-8215 on 1/20/26, claiming to be "Laura from Glassdoor" regarding a work opportunity. Then, on 2/1/26, I received a text from someone named Lrena Peshkova who reported to be contacting me on behalf of a company called DISTRACTIVE. I was told that the job is fully remote, can be performed in 1-2 hours per day from my phone or computer, and could earn up to $6,100 per month in addition to a daily $100 commission. I was told that I could perform a 30 minute training and earn $120. I participated in that step, which asked me to create an account with distractivetop.com, and entailed clicking "Start" and "Submit" on a series of pop-ups. When I asked what that actually did, I was told it tells an algorithm to push products to consumers. After "earning" about $70, I chose to block the number and stop the tutorial. I did not complete the tutorial or enter any financial information. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex- [BBB Scam Type: Employment] [Business: Distractive Inc.] [Location: FL, USA- 32805]
