We ordered GlycoIQ capsules from an ad on Facebook on December 19 and received them days later. On January 20, we got another shipment of capsules, which was an automatic subscription we did not anticipate. We contacted [email protected] by email, and a phone call to 844-302-5455, and got a confirmation number and a separate email confirming the subscription was cancelled. We noticed a charge on our credit card for $19.93 from Purely Living Well dated January 26, with what looks like an account number identical to the one for the capsules, and did not request anything from Purely Living Well or receive anything from them. There was also a charge dated December 28, 2025 for $19.93 from Health Pros Guides, same account number as the capsules, again we didn't order anything or receive anything from Health Pros Guides. We started a dispute with our credit card company and want to give this information to BBB so other consumers do not encounter these problems. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 12 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 12) * (var(--Grid-parent-columnSpacing) [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: GlycoIQ] [Location: VA, USA- 22153]
