I saw the wuffy dog on youtube. It was 12 to 16 inches and suppose to respond on command and move around. The one they sent was about 4 to 6 inches and only barked( this dog's bark didn't sound right). So i called customer service(1-656-221-1407), the man was nonchalant, he didn't care. I explain it wasn't what they advertise and he said well just return it. I responded so i have to pay for shipping? So he hung up on me. I am so disappointed it was for my 11 yr old artistic grandson. He would have live it. Also i remembered i told him the size and feature isn't what was advertised and he said well what we sent is what we have. Unbelievable!!! The merchandise (3 pair of polar glasses) I received were of very low quality. They appear to be cheap plastic and were not polarized. A card with numbers from various countries came in my package. I called the following number- (656) 221-1407 (USA). After a difficult and time consuming effort, a connection was made to “customer support”. A brief but seemingly promising conversation regarding my refund took place; however, an exchange of several incoherent text messages soon followed. In the end, I was asked to settle for 25% of my cost and was allowed to keep the glasses. By agreeing to this, I would have to agree to what seemed to me, irrational terms. I researched and bought two iTagPro trackers through a link from TrustedConsumerGuide indicated to be the number one tracker. I clicked on the "Visit Site" link which brought me into get-itagpro.com which indicated an 80% discount. Once I purchased the items, I immediately received an email (dated 12/16/25) with the subject: "Order Received!" which gave an order number (copy attached). Then I received an email (dated 12/16/25) with the subject: "Order Out For Delivery" (copy attached). The next email received was dated 12/18/25 with the subject: "Order Shipped!" which provided tracking. My package was received on December 28. I opened one tracker and followed the instructions to download the iTagPro app and how to connect the tracker. The app was in a foreign language (Chinese?). I did do research whether anyone else had the app problem. There were suggestions on how to change it to English, however, nothing worked. I tried to connect the tracker to FindMy on my iPhone and this did not work. After doing more research, I found reviews indicated the trackers were not good for how they were advertised and many consumers were out there money. I contacted the customer service with the phone number given (656-221-1407). The associate took my information and said I would be receiving an email (see attached email string). Their response was: "Our rules for the item return dictate, that to be eligible for a refund you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you have received them in. In addition to that, the cost of returning the items will also have to be covered by you as stated in our Terms & Conditions. To avoid all this trouble and extra expenses we would be glad if you kept the items you received and, if you would agree, we would issue an instant re [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: iTagPro credit card showed CHECKOU

The Wuffy Dog has been advertised on TV for a price of about $70-75, then it went down 60% and I bought one on January 7, 2026. I didn't receive it until recently, January 29th. I paid close to $50.00 because of the fees added. When I opened the very small package, I had a heavy round metal disk inside, besides the dog, which can be bought for $2-5, at the most, at a dollar tree or 5&10 cent store. The advertisement showed an apparent AI dog that barked, walked, wagged its tale, ran etc., like a real dog, but falsely advertised. I am not sure why they would add a heavy metal disk to the box, but I am guessing to have the box weigh something, since the dog is very light weight. I called the company, which I am not sure if it is actually called KWIN or Asistanta because there is no return address on the package nor on the box where the dog was in. I called the company at 1-656-221-1407, but they never helped me. A young lady, who sounded Asian, asked for my email, then told me that she would send me the directions in order to get my refund, but when I got their email, it just said that they would refund only 25% of my money instead of me having to pay for the package to be sent back...but, there was no return address at all, anywhere. The package has a YW Express Return Merchant on it., with no address. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: KWIN] [Location: TX, USA- 78249]
