I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal on my bank statement dated 01/18/2026 to TINYTHINKERS 800-748-6405 for $29.99. I attempted to call the phone number three times but was unsuccessful - each time the phone call dropped the call. I sent an email to CANCEL Subscription that I did not sign up for and also conveyed reporting the incident to BBB. On December 1st 2025 I ordered a children's writing learning tools bundle which should have included 4 books, 6 special pens, and 3 writing trainers. This bundle was originally priced at $39.99 and offered a $30 discount and free shipping, coming to a total of $9.00 (order #162032 see screenshot). The week of December 22 I received 1 out of 13 items included in the bundle. 12/27/25 I emailed Tiny Thinkers providing screenshots and explaining the situation to request the remaining 12 items of my order, which as of 1/28/26 I have not received. Representatives responded that they would get back to me, but I never got a response. 1/1/26 my American express had an unauthorized charge of $29.99 from Tiny Thinkers. I never authorized for any subscription service throughout this process. I have had 13 correspondences with Tiny Thinkers, I have been charged a total of $68.98 and have only received one small napkin sized book from a $9.00 bundle that was supposed to include 13 items. I contacted American Express to dispute the charges, they provided me with the phone number for the company, 1-800-748-6405 which I called several times and seems to be a non-working number. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 12 / var(--Grid [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Tiny Thinkers] [Location: OH, USA- 43615]
