Man called and said he was from Capital One calling because someone tried to take a loan in my name and wanted to know if I did and if I didn't request this loan then my credit information is comprised. He transferred me to Experian and Rose said she could help me and that my credit cards were comprised and I qualified under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Law to have my credit card debt wiped out because they are charging me high interest. She said I qualify because I'm over 50, close to retirement and have no bankruptcy in 9 years. She then transferred me to Lorenzo who said he could help me with this and that my credit card would be charged $4000 for their fee. He said they would send a decease letter to my cc companies and their lawyers would handle everything. I should only make the minimum credit card payments for 3 months and then stop all payments after that. The phone numbers are coming from CA, FL, MA, UT. 508-202-4512, 805-470-1004, 801-477-4029, 805-467-1571, 323-352-0070, 407-284-2090, 805-395-9237, 801-784-8631, 901-231-7854. He wouldn't give me name of his company or phone number. Then someone called me and sent me documents through DocuSign to sign a contract. After I signed it, I felt sick and had a feeling I was being scam. I never should have confirmed my CC details and given them additional information. They had all my information, so I thought it was legit. I have tried calling 877-928-2687 which is the phone number on the DocuSign document. I haven't been able to reach anyone yet, but the name on the message system is Creditor Assistance Network/Orlando Financial.
