Personal loan scam and information phishing. Since August 2024 I receive about 8 of these phone calls a week and sometimes multiple calls per day/. I no longer answer my phone for any unknown callers. They leave voice mails about a personal loan pending and i only need to provide a few details to secure the loan. It is an obvious hoax. One I have not applied for any loans. All of my loans are from local banks or major credit companies. Also my credit files are frozen at all three credit bureaus so there is no way any legitimate company could even get enough info to consider me. The voice mails use multiple caller names, multiple company names (if they even use one), multiple spoofed caller IDs., and so on. I have never engaged any of these obvious scams designed to steal my private information. None of the company names they use actually exist. They are all false names like "United Lending" and probably a 100 others. I just go ignoring them but they are a nuisance. Here is an example of a recent call from 760-973-1519.
