KccuttingFactory sells on Shopify/Shop. I purchased 3 boxes of LED tea light candles through Shopify. This was on November 8, 2025. As time went on I kept emailing and calling the company. Never a response to the email and the phone number turns out to be a Verizon cell number that isn't working. I've contacted Shopify and their response is "fill out a form and we will forward it to the company." I did fill out the form and submitted it. Next step is to contact my credit card company. I'm out $30.96 which isn't the end of the world, but I sure am having second thoughts about purchasing through Shopify.
