Purchased airline tickets on Dec 20,2025. Receive an email and phone that I needed to confirm to get my ticket confirmed. I confirmed the tickets and received an email that charges on the credit card had "AirReservations 8447151402 along with trip details. I didn't think anymore until there were other charges on credit card from a different airline and a friend told the flight times had changed. Proceed to email and make the phone calls with voice mail. When I reached someone (Sophie Parker at Ext210) after leaving a message from my email with ext169. Sophie told me the ticket was on KLARNA which I proceeded to download and loaded all my personal information. She told me that I would get my money back from the KLARNA ONE TIME DEBIT CARD with the amount of 999 told me that I could go thru Delta airline app to get my tickets. I kept saying I already purchased tickets why do I have to pay for more. Make longer story shorter, I received email that I had a membership payment plan. I tried to cancel the membership plan but when KLARNA told me I had to go thru the company that was on the plan (CHEAPFLIGHTFARES UK) when I tried to cancel they said they had no affiliation with KLARNA one time debit card. When I tired calling back 855-704-4480 must have been 20 times and leaving a message on Sophie Parker ext. Then I finally talked to Peter and he put me on brief hold. Finally came back I proceeded to ask again for my tickets and a cancelation and refund of $498.60. Peter proceeded to tell the refund dept went and to call back tomorrow at 1pm ct. I get an alert on my phone that the bank had taken out the 999 with .74 interest. I immediately called the bank. Have file a police report, canceled debit card and froze my credit. I had to purchase tickets for double the price of the original price that was charged to credit. Still in process of getting charge back on that one.
