We have a pre-book air ticket with United Airline, and we need to change a return date with United Airline few months later after booked the ticket. Then, we google United Airline's Customer service contact phone number to make change, google shows Customer service toll free phone number is 833-627-7236. We called this phone number and Clay answered our phone and helped us to changed our flight, but he needs to charge us few thousand dollars to get out the airline restriction before he manage the change. Clay also sent email to us and confirmed the overcharge and promised the refund amount, Clay also informed us to contact him for the refund after the flight. We followed his instruction and called back after the trip, Bryan informed us that Clay is no longer with Untied Airline, he will in-charged the refund process. Bryan has all different excuses and requested to charges us more fee before process a refund. we checked their address from their email signature, that address is a office building, but they did not provided a suite number of their office on their email. In addition, the phone number also show on a website, which is Intex Air located at 1846 E. Innovation Park Dr. Oro Valley, AZ 85755. This address doesn't matched their address in San Diego in California. We already know Bryan Martin is scammer, and we have all different reasons to holding him for longer time while we are report them to FBI and local enforcements with their contact information and written record. Sales & Support Team www.CheapFareGuru.com charged $1875.00 this also included a cancellation policy thru Zurich. I had to cancel my flight due unexpected issues. I contacted Zurich service to request a refund. My Claim was submitted. then I received a call for this person, clear flights.com, which falsely claimed to be the Delta Airlines helpdesk. A man identifying himself as Bryan Martin (phone: 301-835-0330 direct line, 833-627-7236 tollfree) stated that he could issue a full refund of $******, but first needed to charge a new amount of $1875.00 to “fix the problem,” with the refund supposedly to follow in 60 days. Shortly after, I received a ally fraud alert. I am still fighting with www.CheapFareGuru.com for a refund. I’m sharing this so others can avoid similar fraud attempts. Always confirm you are speaking with Delta Airlines directly through Delta.com or its verified app before providing payment details.
