The person called on 11/07/2025 stating that there was a government program that I was eligible for as a senior citizen. My credit card debt was high and with high interest rates. They also could see from my credit history that I was in the process of paying it down. The program they represented would eliminate four of the card accounts that would be paid off by the insurance the banks take out as a normal part of their risk. I identified four cards, First Financial Credit Union, Chase, Wells Fargo, and JC Penny with a combined total owning of $20,357.16. I was not to pay anything else on these cards. After the accounts were closed, the company would work with me to restore and improve my credit score. In the meantime, I could continue to use any other cards I had as usual but not to communicate with these four creditors. They would handle these enrolled accounts. This has never seemed right to me, today 12/16/2025. I attempted to call the company (877-476-4786) to see what was happened and each attempt the phone would ring and then a recorded voice would say good-bye. They received the $6,490 from my First Financial Account. It was on my December statement. I also received notice that this account was closed. The other accounts have notified me for payment. That prompted me to call to verify where to send this correspondence since there was no address listed for Orlando Finances. The Terms of Service states that I should forward all communication to Orlando Finances within 1-3 business days and track all telephonic or electronic communication from any lender to Orlando Finances to consult and assist me better. But there is no address or telephone contact information for Orlando Finances, not even on line.
