Scammer is on Facebook with snoop dogg and other celebrities talking about COPD and how they have a method of helping with the condition for only 39.99.. I fell for it and gave them my information because I suffer with COPD and I wanted to try the product.. as soon as I hit purchase.. it charged me 239.99. That’s when I knew it was a scam. I looked on my online banking and found that healthgradesupplies.com was the merchant. And a phone number 8777628258. So I called it.. that’s when they said that there is no account or purchase. The customer service rep was foreign who could barely speak English. They got me.. and I’m pretty good with spotting scams.. so they couldn’t refund my money and my bank can’t do a thing until this purchase is completed.. currently the purchase is pending.. I ordered a product. The website was wonky and kept freezing and putting up text and images that made it hard to navigate. I decided it might be a scam, but had already entered my info. My credit card was charged 2 different amounts, but I wanted only one product. Then exactly one month later, I got a credit card alert on an international charge. It was same company. I tried but was unable to find a website, a contact number, a number on my credit card, and no way to trace back to original site. I disputed the charge with my credit company and I am hopeful they will resolve. I have since read information that this company - which says it is out of Burlington, Canada, and is scamming people.
