Greetings, I ordered a video game for 48590 JPY which is equivalent to $410.20 SGD from Japan. It cost me a lot of money as you can see. However, I never received it! You see, the parcel was apparently delivered to me without my knowledge, without my signature! Usually, the courier would take my signature to ensure I get the package in hand which is the right thing to do. There was no notification of the delivery at all, not even a phonecall to say the delivery was on the way, I only discovered the parcel was 'delivered' much later when I checked it at night, It led to a panic attack as I searched the vicinity for he parcel, it was too late, take note, I have health issues and the loss was huge blow to my well being. So I complained to the seller in Japan, and they told me to contact the local,post which is SingPost. They agreed a signature was supposed to be taken from me too. I raised the issue with SingPost and they acknowledged their mistake. After investigating, they confirmed the parcel was lost by their parcel ambassador. That was only the beginning of my problem, I raised 3 dispute claims with PayPal which failed despite having overwhelming evidence. I included the official tracking number of SingPost, their official email document which stated the loss and they still refused to acknowledge the loss, which does severely undermine the integrity of their Buy Protection Policy. I suspect they utilise bots to settle disputes and that if the seller furnish a tracking information of 'Delivered', the case would be closed automatically. It is hilarious when their own customer agent agree that I should receive a full refund and that my case flop when it reaches AI. Anyway, JapanPost finally contacted SingPost regarding the Parcel Status, and the latter relayed to them it was officially lost. The individual was part of an interest call with another company that offers billing services with revenue management. This individual stated they have worked in the industry, are experts, and are a better fit for the product, as the company has not followed through on the services promised. She, VonMarie, stated she would follow through and take on these items to take the load. But she did not. After paying an admin fee, we are in the middle of changing the EHR system, and this individual continues to make herself seem skilled and able to provide better services. In less than 3 weeks, she has done anything but take this fee and continue to misrepresent my interests, with premade SOPs, extra phone calls, and ongoing feelings that are associated with feeling unsafe and lied to.
