Received a letter stating I need to call by 02/17/2026 or it will expire. Notice date of letter is 02/06/2026 and I literally just got this letter in the mail about 3-4 days ago. Not sure that part is the place the letter came from or my mailman. Either way, talk about putting you on the spot and making you worry about being late or cancelled/expired stuff. The letter itself, at least to me is pretty vague or limited information. Luckily, my paranoia that I struggle with daily, came in handy for this. I googled the Warranty Dept. phone number that was listed on top right on letter(1-877-889-3628) and researched it like mad and found it listed on here(BBB) as well as a few Facebook posts, Reddit and Google. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 6 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 6) * (var(--Grid-parent-columnSpacing) / var(--Grid-parent-c [BBB Scam Type: Government Agency Imposter] [Business: Department of Housing Urban DEV-Please call to Verify.] [Location: MO, USA- 63362]
