A letter claiming to represent Washington State Employees CU, a credit union to which used to belong and through whom I had a mortgage on a previous house, stated that my home warranty was about to run out and I would be financially liable for all repairs. The letter stated that this was the final attempt to contact me, and implied that I had a loan and home warranty with this company and if these lapsed I would be liable for unspecified expenses. There was no address or contact person, only a phone number, 877-889-3628 (and a different number, 877-956-4502, for Spanish speakers). A copy of the letter has been attached as an upload.
