A Jared Collections representative started contacting me on Friday 12/19/25 claiming that they were waiting to serve me papers about being sued to my place of work and/or residence. Upon calling them back, they claimed I owed over 5,000 dollars with interest for a pay day tax loan from 2012. Never received letters, emails, phone messages about any disputed debt until this phone call. They have also been harassing my family members trying to pressure me to pay this false debt. Beware!
