This seems like a bait and switch. I booked a flight that was advertised on their website (found through a link and then separately again by typing the url directly). I went all the way through the paying with a credit card for the tickets and never got a confirmation. After ten minutes, I called the number in the right hand corner of their screen 1-855-535-3643. He said I must have received an email letting me know to call him as those flights are no longer available. I had not as of then. This indicates that this happens often. He then said I must have gone to the website through a search engine. I didn't know so I typed it in at that point on a new browser and got the same low rates. He said on his screen the rates were higher and that he could screenshot it for me. I said I believed him but that the rates on my screen were much lower. To take my money and then tell me that the flights are unavailable either indicates that they are selling something they don't have access to and advertising so that we will call in or bait and switching so that we call in thinking we can purchase it but then switching to other or higher flights. If they hadn't taken my credit card information, I would have been less irked by this but they did which now means I have to watch my credit card for fraud as well.
