I purchased three hula hoops from a website called Babies-Mall.com (https://babies-mall.com/) which is a very well-done website, with many layers of products, information, etc. I should have gone to review sites because I'm not the first person to have been scammed. My purchase cost $29.97, and was made around noon on Nov. 3. That evening at about 11 pm, the following five charges were also made to a merchant called Home Vibe Co., within minutes of each other in the amounts of $29.97 (same amount as noon), $379.00, $320.00, $401.00, $411.00 (total = $1570.84). The bank tagged the $401.00, I responded, and the card was shut down. I spoke with the bank, and they are investigating. I did a little research myself. Babies Mall gives the following information on their website: Babies Mall is a company of: FLIPSTOCK LLC 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #21833, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA • Email: [email protected] • Phone: (917) 695-3616 Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST) DUNS: 136269638 EIN: 30-1656800 I could not find either Flipstock or Babies-Mall on the WY state corporate business search site. I could not find any records for Home Vibe Co in NYC or CA (they use a CA Merchants Terminal) (MERCHANT PURCHASE TERMINAL 422899 HOME VIBE CO 888-427-4 CA). I purchased high chairs for $59 for my daycare from Babies Mall and never received them. I emailed ( [email protected] ) and called (+19176953616) them but no reply email and the phone number is just a recording. On my bank statement the name of the company that charged my account is Kids Fun Galaxy and called them and no answer (833) 509-0842)( [email protected] ).
