I needed to get my Global Entry card for travel. I googled Global Entry and ttpappointments.com was top of the list. I thought it was the Trusted Travels Program (TTP) but it was not. You set up an account and pay $24.99 for their services thinking you can put in an application for Global Entry and get notifications of open appointments. Couldn't complete an application on their website and within an hour of signing up I realized it was just a way to get your money and card information, but no service would be provided. They have a 100% money back guarantee which is completely false and unobtainable. Their website posts the following "IS THERE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE? YES! WE HAVE A NO QUESTIONS ASKED MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ON OUR PAID PLAN, JUST LET US KNOW WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASING OUR SERVICE TO HAVE THE REQUEST HONORED. IF TWO OR MORE ALERTS HAVE BEEN SENT, MONEY-BACK REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. HOPEFULLY YOU LIKE THE SERVICE, BUT IF NOT WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY." They will not ask questions because they never respond. At all. I tried emailing and calling them several times, within an hour of signing up and never received a response. Never got an alert through their service. They had a phone number posted on their website, 925-567-3693, which is inoperable, says "all lines are busy, please call back later". This phone number has since been removed from the website. When you send an email you get "Server Error 500". So your emails go nowhere. Their mailing address is simply Dublin CA, no street address provided. All bogus. Wish I investigated more before giving them credit card information.
